A2A In my opinion: Here you implied that the undergraduate degree was legitimate, but this person who applied to a postgraduate course (or program) used a fake transcript. So, it is unlikely that the undergraduate school will do anything unless the person has implicated the undergraduate school somehow. So, of course when the graduate school found out about this, they didn't allow enrollment or dismissed that person , but also that person may have difficulty with enrollment into another graduate school or program because of this, depending on the circumstances.
