Are American transcripts accepted in German universities?
It's quite simple to know, go to the concerned university website admission Bewerbung and see if English is accepted. Most of them (universities) accept transcript in English some of them (like RWTH) even in french or other Europeans Languages, other ones simply don't (as TU Darmstadt), that's it.
