Can a past dated academic transcript be submitted through your?
If you have registered for the exam after December 1st 2018,they require you to have your university or college directly mail them the documents. They don't want you to be mailing it in sealed envelope as you received from your college or university. You may call them and asked about the dates. I think it should not matter as your student ID doesn't change ( they just have to verify that your credentials are real and not forged ones). It's better to call and check with them. There should be the phone no, when you register, they send you an e-mail. Check the phone no and give them a call. Cheers
