Can I be denied a German visa if my year 1 university transcript here?
Such a thing would come under the heading of academic qualifications which will determine if you get accepted to a university program or not. It doesnt concern the officials issuing a study visa. They just need to know you have acceptance and fulfill the other requirements like having a blocked account to cover living expenses etc.
