Can I send the degree certificate and the mark sheets in the same?
Please don't send them together. As per new WES rule effective from December 1,2018, you have to send transcripts from University directly. Go to your University post office and post the transcript envelope from there. It will be deemed that your University had sent it. Send the photocopies of your degrees in a separate envelope from a post office near your home. That will justify your case otherwise there will unnecessary verification requests from WES to your University. Hope it helps.
