Can you get into top universities without using a high school?
The application requirements can be clearly found on each universitys website. Usually the only time students don't have transcripts are when they are homeschooled. They are the exceptions. Every top university requires a transcript. You have to send it, or they will list your application as incomplete and not review it. You cannot make up a missing transcript with SAT Subject Tests.
