Do European universities automatically give access to their students?
Students must request these records, and can do so for their own interest. However, a student cannot supply their own record to other schools for purposes of graduate school, etc. The possibility of forgery or falsification is too great, and in any case the second school will not accept records directly from a student. Schools must provide these records to other schools directly.
