Do German universities accept attested copies of transcripts?
Hi, German Universities are accepting transcripts sent directly by the university/Institute or Student to them in sealed and stamped envelope. Which is stamped and signed by University/ Institute. They will accepts paper transcripts but not Electronic transcripts till now.
