It has to be done from WES. While it seems little tricky to get it done from WES especially if you have passed out longa ago or stay in a different city, but it's really not tough as it seems. You might need to call up your university and let them know that you need transcript verified from WES. They will charge some fees and they will send it to WES and get the process done Hope it helps
