Do I have to send hard copies of transcripts to university while?
Hi. It depends on which universities you are applying for so you have to check with them. Some universities require you to send in certified hard copy transcripts through the posts. Some allow you to send in electronically. Electronically on the other hand may not be simply through you emailing them. Some universities have their own system where they request your transcripts direct to your school to reduce the risk of forgeries and whatnot. Whatever it is, you can check with the admission board of the university that you are applying for. Good luck !
