Do I need my degree transcript for CPA registration?
Its unfortunate timing on your part. I am in the same boat but my university allows online submission and have been processing transcripts. I need it for my license as I want license from one more state. They accept only NASBA and NASBA also accept the transcripts/ mark sheets / degree certificates via email if the email is from your university. Try this workaround, if possible.
