Do we need a WES reference number while applying for Mumbai?
You won't need a wes reference number while applying for the transcript. But yes , it will be required if you are applying for any ECA evaluation and the purpose of transcript is for your ECA scores. As then at the time of providing the transcript university will also attest your ECA academic request form and will put it inside the envelope. WES is just an ECA body , there are few others too.
