Does anyone who has gone to university know the struggle of obtaining?
A number of universities are going with Digital Credential Service | Parchment service that states average school sending times are within two days of receiving Parchment's request. Email notifications are provided by Parchment every time order status changes. My experience was obtaining transcripts for two successive rounds of applications - at no point did any of the schools (25 in the course of two years) exceed the time estimate for transcripts.
