Hiii, yes they ship transcripts to wes directly. I applied transcripts for my cousin, she was out of India. So again I took services from Mail Transcripts as I had good experience with them. And as usual, they did a great job. They proceed with the scan copies and provided the transcripts directly to Wes. I would recommend you to took their services.
