You can request and pay to send an official transcript at any point during your matriculation. You will need one to complete your application to transfer. If you are in progress with classes, then you will be asked to send a final with the grades included. If the articulation agreement requires the conferred degree, then just like high school you will need a transcript indicating that the Associate's degree was conferred prior to attending the University.
