Does the Visvesvaraya Technological University provide transcripts?
Yes. VTU does provide the transcripts. You can visit the regional office with the required amount as a DD and then fill up the application form and submit it. You should be able to get the transcripts within 1015 days. If what I remember is correct, the first copy is usually charged 250 and after that each copy is charged 150. Do have a check about this.
