For transferring credit between colleges do I just send the?
One must apply for admission to transfer to the new University. As a part of the application and its associated fees, an official transcript is required. The school sends this directly to the Admission office of the new school. Once accepted, the office of Admission forwards a copy the transcript to the department or school counselor to develop a graduation scheme. Any classes not easily accepted for credit are referred to the subject matter expert (i.e. Math department for a math class, etc) a may require a course bulletin or syllabus to help determine if the course is a credit hour and content match. The department counselor forwards an Advanced Standing request up the administrative chain to the Registrar's office to provide credit and no grades at the new University. Best advise is to see if the new school has a software tool to evaluate transfer credit and provide a graduation scheme prior to application. The other advise is to take a year of subjects to facilitate credit. I hope this helps. I hope this helps. Good luck!
