For WES Canada, just the university attested transcripts are enough?
To get your educational credentials evaluated at WES, you need to send: Attested transcripts of your degree in a sealed and signed envelope. Clear and legible COPY of your degree. (For this I got a colored photocopy of my degree). These two documents would suffice for each degree you wish you get evaluated. If you are planning to get your masters-level degree evaluated, you need to send these two documents for bachelors-level degree as well. You are not required to send university attested marksheet's copies. Your official transcript of marks, which would would be issued by your university, would contain all the subjects that you studied and the marks that you scored in them.
