How can I get my degree transcripts from SV University, Tirupati?
Hi , Im not very sure SVU has online systems for getting transcripts. Physical presence is required, either applicant or someone on behalf of applicant can apply. Things to carry: original mark sheets(provisional) and/or convocation. Xerox copies of each certificate,envelop covers, stamps,pen. Note 1: For transcripts the xerox will be different. It shall have additional space at the end of the paper for stamp and sign. Note 2: You need one medium (for each set of certificates) and one large envelop cover (for posting). Step 1: Go to the bank (near administrative building) pay chalan for each sheet (80/-). Need to pay the amount based on the number of sheets. Eg: If you need one mark sheet and one convocation as a set, you should pay total 160/-, as per sheet 80/- . Note : Write a requesting letter to Registrar of the university stating the purpose of transcripts and your student registration number. Step 2: Go to the administrative building along with the chalan,envelops, request letter and stamps. you will be assigned to any one of the officer for your work. Note: Bachelor and master degree departments are different. you should approach accordingly. Step 3: Assigned officer will verify your original certificates, xerox copies of certificates, and payment chalan .Then he/she will sign on the request letter that means approved for processing. Step 4: Write your address and attach the stamps on big envelop cover. submit these to the assigned officer along with the xerox copies of mark sheets( they will return the originals to you immediately) If you have any influence/known person in the university, it is recommended to involve them in the process. Doing so you will get certificates with in 2 to 3 days. If not it takes few weeks, however it will be delivered to mentioned address.
