How can I get transcripts from RGPV Bhopal?
I would like to ask the person who put the query here, were you able to find a work around? I know WES accepts transcripts only from the university. But what does that mean? Even university would use a courier or some postal service to send the package to WES. Is RGPV doing so? ANy updates please? Thanks
