How can I get transcripts from Visvesvaraya National Institute of?
Contact someone studying in the university currently. You will have to write a letter addressing the registrar asking him to handover transcripts to him/her. It usually takes 10 days for the transcripts to get ready. You can ask him/her to courier you later. This is what I have done without having to visit the university.
