How can one get required transcripts from Maharshi Dayanand?

Hi, First of all please carry a Laptop and a pendrive with you and originals & xerox of DMC of all the semesters whenever you are going for Transcripts. Report at the fees counter opposite to Administrative Block and pay Rs. 200/- per DMC as fees and take the receipt. Next, visit the designated floor in Administrative Block as per your course. Ask the concerned person for the Transcript Form. Generally, it is pasted on the wall for reference. Type the same in your Laptop, fill it very carefully taking care of all the details. Once you are done, make a soft copy in your pen drive and handover it to concerned person for taking a print out on the University Bond Paper. Once it is done, the same person shall get it stamped from Registrar through Superitending Officer. After this ask the person taking care of the Post to seal it and you write the WES Reference Number and Postal Address where it needs to be sent. ** also ask Superitending Officer to write on envelope this envelope contains no Legal Document ** (as the lady at Post Office might not send it if this is not mentioned) Once all this is done, visit the University Post Office and send it through Registered Post (charges Rs. 98/- approx) and take the receipt. This will generally reach in 45 days and the same shall be updated on your WES Account. Hope this helps.
