How do I get transcripts from Punjabi University Patiala for ECA ?
I do not know the University, but usually you can order a transcript on-line from most Universities and colleges in the world. You usually go to their web site and follow the directions under, maybe, transcripts or academic records. Here in the US, most colleges now use sites/businesses that do just transcripts, with there being about 2 big companies that do that. If the University still does their own, it will tell you how much money to send, what to put in the letter or email of your request. Just follow their directions. I would have no idea how long this will take. The two big companies here in the US take just a few days. They may also have expedited service for an additional fee.
