How do I send transcripts to WES if my university is closed?
Wait for your university to reopen to obtain your transcripts. WES specifically says that the transcripts should be issued by the university in a signed and sealed envelope. Otherwise, WES will reject your transcripts and you will have to start the whole process again by getting transcripts in required form and mailing them to WES. Either your university could directly mail the transcripts to WES or you can do that by collecting the same from your institution. WES will not accept a notarized copy of your transcripts.
