How do you obtain Nagpur University's transcripts?
Here is the process, if you cannot visit the university campus physically. I have done it a few times sitting in another city and this process works fine. You should have the transcripts in 34 weeks. Make photo copies of your mark sheets and degree certificate. Make a demand draft payable at Nagpur in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer RTM Nagpur University Remember that the Transcripts cost Rs. 550/- per page - so calculate the demand draft amount accordingly. Print a cover letter stating your request to send the transcripts back to you. Send the cover letter, photocopies and draft to the following address: General Exam & Enquiry Section, Pariksha Bhawan Building, L.I.T. Premises, Amravati Road, Bharat Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra - 440033 Call any of the Nagpur University Exam section numbers if you need any further information. Nowadays the university is directly sending the transcripts to the foreign colleges. However, you have to enclose additional postal charges of 1600/- for US or Canadian addresses.
