How do you send transcripts from previous schools to universities if?
Your counselor cannot refuse to submit the appropriate documents/references unless you are on some sort of academic probation or your profile is under scrutiny by your Home University/College. Speak to your counselor and try to clear the matter out. Take it to the Principal/Dean if things do not work out. You may seek assistance from influential people to make things easier for you. If you are ABSOLUTELY SURE that you are not in the wrong, you may seek legal advise/assistance as well. NOTE: No School/College Counselor has a right to deny those documents unless justified by them.
