How does the University of Minnesota verify transcripts from?
Upon your admission to the university, UMN doesn't require you to mail you degree certificates, transcripts and other related documents. Instead, they put a hold status to your record which does not allow you to register for courses. Once you reach UMN, you can get you documents verified and the hold gets removed. So I would suggest you carry the documents with you when you go to the university.
