They compare your bachelor's curriculum with ABET or similar accredited programs to determine if you have sufficient foundation for advanced degree. Does admissions take different grading into consideration?Yes, they do give due consideration to different grading styles. They will not pitch a candidate from X university against one from Y without normalizing the grades. At least good universities don't. Hope this helps.
