How should I collect my transcript from University of Delhi South?
Hi. Thanks for A2A. There is a form that can be downloaded from DU website. Along with the form, you will have to submit self attested copies of your marksheet and pay the fee in cash (online payment had glitches so it wasn't possible until October 2017) It's about INR 10001500 depending on your year of graduation (INR 1500 if you graduated more than 10yrs ago) and additional copies cost INR 100 each. I am not too sure if someone else can do it on your behalf if you send signed form and photocopies; but you can authorise someone else to collect it on your behalf or submit self addressed envelope along with your form for the university to post the transcripts to you. However I would suggest you to get the transcript personally collected so that the marks on the transcript can be cross checked against your marksheet. Several times the staff make an error while putting the marks against the subject; saying this from personal experience! I would also suggest you to get 23 extra copies as the whole excercise is grilling and expensive. Feel free to write back for anything else that you may want to ask. Good luck!
