I don't want to transfer credit,is it still necessary to send my?

It is necessary, because their policies are written in a certain way to fulfill Federal guidelines (which require these things to be on file, even if you don't want to transfer the credits). They will know because your FAFSA contains a list of each college previously applied to or attended (and the Financial aid office at the college you're applying to will get a copy of this list). If your concern is that your grades reflect poorly on your academic ability (or work ethic), send a short essay as well giving solid reasons why you were struggling at the time or why this time will be different. If there aren't any or you aren't sure this time will be different, you may want to save your money for a few years until you feel you can take college more seriously. Poor grades a few years ago are never seen as problematically as poor grades last semester.
