Yes, you need to submit both of them. Hiding any information initially will create issues for you later on. Additionally, the Admission department in the Universities Abroad are going to answer your queries in a better way and can also provide info if any issues that may arise during Visa Interview. I dont think there will be any issues in getting Admission to the Universities.
