I have started my MBA back home in a US accredited university .?

There is no blanket policy, consistent among all schools offering an MBA program, which would apply to your situation. Each MBA school will make its own decision on whether to admit you to their domestic program, and whether to give you credit for prior training. However, I cannot imagine that having some overseas courses would allow you to graduate early, or to take a lighter course load than your classmates. More likely, you would have as many classes, and the same classes (other than electives) as all of your fellow students. The biggest advantage from your overseas program, is that you should be more effective and perform better in your domestic MBA program, than will your classmates. You should be well positioned to achieve academic honors, and to graduate within the top few percent of your class. May we wish you every success in earning your MBA from a top US MBA program.
