I just got accepted into the university of Manitoba without writing?
If you have a Letter of Admission , obviously you dont need to submit your high school transcript. Its the university thats interested in this, not Immigration Canada. Same goes for IELTS. But, on the other hand, Immigration Canada can ask for any documents they deem. No one here works for them so we cant answer the question.
