Your SAT score is good and I think you stand a chance. But remember that your SAT score is not the only factor considered in the admissions process. I've interacted with Kenyan students who didn't have all As in their transcripts and final exam but still got into great schools, even Ivy leagues. I don't know how much weight the transcripts and finals hold but I think you should focus your attention on things you can improve in your application like your essays. Be sure to bring out your passion and interests effectively and whether you get in or not, life goes on and you'll encounter new challenges as you grow older.
