In your final year? Its not going to help. Its likely that these were either major courses, and thats bad for demonstrating mastery, or they were gen eds, and thats bad for showing commitment. Its probably worth addressing in your personal statement. It is not a dealbreaker generally speaking; if its entirely anomalous, I dont see it being a big deal.
