Is it a mandate option for the university name where student?
Hi, It totally depend upon the issuing universities. Some universities are sending transcripts directly to the destination universitys address. whether some university can handover the official transcript to the student. or can send those to any given address. In this case there is not Mandatory to mention the University name where student wish to apply. You need to check with your issuing university whether they would hand over transcripts to you or would send directly to the destination university.
