Is it true that transcripts from Delhi University need to be sent?
DU usually does not send directly. They give a sealed envelope to the applicant which the applicant has to send. Panjab University on the other hand sends the documents directly to WES and does not even send a copy to the candidate. Process varies for each university. In few cases WES might write back to the university for checking the authenticity of the documents.
