Is sending Pune University transcripts to WES USA?
I have done B.Sc. Computer Science from Pune University and want to send transcripts to WES USA. As from 2015 or 2016, Pune University handover the First-year in the hands of the affiliated College (in my case, its H.V. Desai College, Pune). First-year is entirely handled by the College and not the University. The first year is not considered in calculating the Class of the degree, its dependent on the grades in the Second-year and Third-year, so should I include First-year transcripts in my application. If yes, then should I send First Year Transcripts with Second-year and Third-year from University, or should I send First-year Transcript from the College itself?
