If you are willing to pay $30,000 or more per year to study in the US, there are plenty of schools to consider; however, consider that being good at fixing cars is no guarantee to become an engineer. Knowing programming is no proof you can survive studying English and math and other foundation courses. So, you may want to seriously evaluate your career goals.
