My transcript sent from a university was opened accidental.?
The evaluation service provider might ask you get the transcripts signed again in a sealed envelop. Better to get this signed again from your college/university and ask them to mail directly to your service provider. I remember when I had applied to WES few years back, it was clearly mentioned that envelop should not be tempered in any case and advised me to ask my university to send directly to WES to avoid such cases.
