Should I provide transcripts of only the last two years of?
In India, when you ask your university for transcripts, the university will give you a sealed envelope with transcripts of all semesters for that program. The sealed envelope with the transcripts has to be sent to the university you are applying to. So, realistically, you cannot send transcripts of only last 4 semesters.
