Should the transcripts to be sent to WES Canada be from your college?
Both the cases are okay. But if you process through WES you will have one advantage that all your paperwork is done at one place & infact related to your profile the course and university can also be guided. I like this step as it is less hassle free & you can keep a record of everything. If you process through autonomous institutes they have there own channel of communication.
