What if my college transcripts are not sealed properly does that lead?
Yes, broken seal can cause direct rejection, Specially in US.. Because once you open the Transcript packet the Credibility of the Transcripts gone(University officials feels you may have done Something wrong with your Documents).. US University Official clearly mentioned they required all Transcripts packets Sealed with university Stamps.
