What is my remedy if a university does not send the transcripts after?
Transcript requests are typically not fulfilled because you owe the college money. It may be a library fine, Parking ticket, lab fee, etc. if this is the case, your remedy is to pay. You have no other recourse. If all accounts are clear, file a written complaint with the college Registrar and copy the Dean or VP of Instruction and Dean or VP of Students with a cc. to an attorney friend or relative. If you do not have an attorney, cc. legal aid or your state legislature representatives.
