What is the procedure for sending an official transcript of GTU?
There are a few procedures. It depends on the universities though. Make sure you also have a soft copy of the transcripts. A scanned copy will do. Thw Transcript must have the necessary seal and signatures of the college's admin officers, principal etc. Initially, you can send the scanned copy along with all the necessary documents. If you are accepted then they will ask you to send the original. The original transcript should be in a sealed in an envelope (preferably the one used by college) and make sure that all the overlapped portions should be stamped at multiple places with official seal of the college. The university can send it themselves or you can send it too by putting that envelop in another envelop (a strong cloth line envelop). This is the procedure I follow for my students.
