You should go to the school you graduated from to say you need them to give you Degrees, certification + transcripts in a sealed envelope with their return address on the envelope from this school. Thn you put thir sealed envelope inside an envelope from you with your return address on it. Then it goes to WES with your 200$ fee to thm for reassessment.
