Where can I get official documents translated to apply to?
This depends on your country. Most countries do have an official translation office which translates documents from the local language to other languages. For example, in Greece it is part of the Greek Foreign ministry. In some countries, you can hire private translators who then sign a document that their translation is true (notarization may be needed).
