From the standpoint of speed and a damage free experience for documents, any of the European postal services are good. I say that as they use trays to ship letters, whereas most countries bundle letters and then toss these into bags. The outside letters of such bundles often are bent. But, being in Egypt, do you actually have a choice of postal services?
