Who has obtained transcripts from Bangalore University to send for an?
First of all, rule is changed from 1-Dec for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) through World Education Services (WES) is changed. As per new rule, You have to approach respective university to send transcripts to WES directly. If university is not sure about envelop. It need to be sealed and signed. WES also accepts envelope with only stamps but it is advisable to ask university to put signature. Hope it helps. Jaydeep Vekariya
