Will having 4 Cs on my transcript hurt my chances at top universities?
If you talk about top universities, yes, the appearance of C is no good and the frequency of four certainly is against you. Any viewer would jump to a conclusion about you, the student. However, there is always a chance to salvage it if the rest of your portfolio is uplifting and painting a different story about you.
